How Do Bonuses Work?
We pride ourselves on being the fairest in the land. That's why we've produced this guide to Castle Jackpot bonuses. Below you can find an overview of how our bonuses work and some frequently asked questions if you are still unsure.
Come to the Castle and take a bonus and we'll allow you to play with your cash first. That means if you win with your cash you can withdraw your winnings at any time.
If luck isn't on your side and your cash balance hits zero, your bonus will be there to provide a second chance at a victory!
We know you'll have question, so we tried to answer a few for you below:
Q - If I take a bonus and win with my cash, can I withdraw my cash balance?
A - Yes, cash winnings will be paid into your cash balance and can be withdrawn at any point.
Q - Do my cash stakes contribute towards wagering requirements?
A - No, your cash will play first and is this balance is available to withdraw at any point. If you run out of cash, you will start playing with bonus funds, which will then contribute towards the wagering requirements.
Q - What happens if I withdraw my cash balance whilst I have an active bonus?
A - If you decide to withdraw your cash winnings, then your bonus will be cancelled and all bonus funds will be forfeited.
Q - What happens if I lose my cash and try to withdraw my bonus funds?
A - If you lose your cash then you will begin to stake with bonus and contribute towards the wagering requirement. If you submit a withdrawal request before fully completing the wagering requirements, then your bonus will be cancelled and all bonus funds are forfeited.
Q - What happens if I stake £1 with my cash balance and £1 with my bonus balance in a single stake, and win?
A - Any wins in this situation will be paid out proportionally. In this case, half of your winnings will be paid into your cash balance and half will be paid into your bonus balance.
Here is an example of how taking a bonus would work:
You decide to take a 50% deposit match and deposit £100, leaving you with £100 cash balane and £50 bonus balance.
You take a spin on Rainbow Riches, winning £20 on your first spin. You would then have a £120 cash balance, along with your £50 bonus.
You can then choose to withdraw your cash and take the extra £20 pound, or continue to play for an even bigger win.
