About Relax Blackjack Online
Good morrow knights and maidens of the Castle Jackpot kingdom, we are proud to introduce this blackjack game, provided by the developers at Relax. As a huge online slot provider, we are not in any way limited to slots and instead have a wide range of online casino games for all our players with this version of blackjack being added to our impressive live casino arsenal.
How to Play Blackjack
Contrary to popular belief that the objective of the game is to reach 21, the actual target in the game is to simply beat the dealer. Playing with just 2 or more cards, the target is to get closer to 21 than the dealer; if you exceed this number, you’re bust! Keep in mind that the same applies for the blackjack dealer, if they bust, all remaining players win (granted they haven’t exceeded 21 themselves). If you are still struggling to get your head around how to play blackjack, why not give our definitive guide a read?
Starting Game Buttons
In order to place your bet, select the section in which you’d like to bet on; there are 3 options for players with a maximum of 3,000 chips allowed in each section. Simply drag the chip you’d like to use when betting. Within this blackjack card game, players have the option of playing chips with the values of: 1, 5, 25, 100 and 500.
This function simply doubles your initial stake. This can be done before the blackjack dealer draws the first card.
This removes the chips from the bet boxes in the order that they were placed.
This alerts the blackjack dealer that you are ready to play and the cards will begin to be dealt.
Draws another card on the highlighted betting box.
This function is offered once both cards have been dealt to the player. Double is available on any 2 cards that are dealt. This requires another bet that is equal to your initial stake which is highlighted when the chips are placed next to chips that have already been staked.
This indicates to the dealer that you are happy with the cards that have been dealt. No further action is then required to finish the hand.
If the cards that have been dealt are a pair e.g. 8, 8 or 10, 10, then a split option is available to the player. Selecting this option will mean you’re playing with 2 hands where the initial stake will be equaled to your new hand. Further drawing to these cards is available once this function has been initiated, except in the case of splitting Aces where only 1 card is dealt per split hand. Splits are only offered once per hand with no re-splits.
When the dealer’s first card is an Ace, players have the option to place an insurance bet where half their starting stake will be placed on the presumption the dealer will deal themselves a blackjack. If the dealer does not draw a blackjack, the insurance bet will be classified as a loss.
Once the hand is over, this option is available to allow the player to stake the same bet as the previous round.
Repeat X2 Bet
Once the hand is complete, this option is available for players to double the stake from the previous round.
